UPDATE: The other woman who went missing last week-and was located in Indiana-is in jail on an outside warrant. Mackenzie Knigge was arrested early Friday Morning. She's being held in the Tippecanoe County, Indiana jail on an outside warrant. No other details were available.
The Webster County Sheriff's office says a body was found in a rural area near the town of Clare.
While the Sheriff's office press release didn't reveal the name or any other details, a relative of a missing woman says she's been told it's her granddaughter.
The Fort Dodge Messenger quotes Jacqui McCollum, who told them that the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation notified her that "they think" her granddaughter's body had been found Saturday around 4:30pm. An autopsy will be conducted to determine identity and cause of death.
26 year old Jessica Gomez has been missing for several days. Her friend, 26 year old MacKenzie Knigge of Clare was located Friday safe in Lafayette, Indiana. Police said they located a vehicle that was connected to the disappearance of the two in Lafayette, Indiana.
