Des Moines Police are releasing a limited description of an east side bank robber.
The suspect gave a note to a teller at the Great Western Bank, near East 14th and Euclid yesterday (Tuesday) shortly after 2 o'clock in the afternoon .
Police say the suspect's described as a black man in his 30s or 40s, and he was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and baseball cap. Officers brought in a police dog, but they believe the suspect got into another vehicle and left the area.
Police say he did not show a weapon.
