Des Moines police say a driver should've been driving but was texting instead...and hit a bridge, flipping his car over onto the sidewalk.
It happened around 10am Monday on the Easton Boulevard bridge over Four Mile Creek near the Four Mile Community Center.
The driver was lucky...he walked away from the accident and noone was walking on the sidewalk when his car flipped over.
But he's being cited for using an electronic device while driving.
