When we had talked yesterday, Tiffany told me that Beaumont (located 30 miles east of Houston) was "not as bad" as Houston. That changed overnight...as her town received 30 inches of rain. The interview also has a humorous moment as Tiffany monitors Gator Country...a park in Beaumont which features giant...well, the name says it all. And yes, those gators could float over their fences in the 24-hours.
