Hurricane Harvey Turns Houston Into A Pathogen-Infested Swamp

As heard on WHO Radio, officials in Houston feel they've reached a "turning point" in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey:  moving from a rescue operation to the recovery effort.

Mark Warner is an acknowledged specialist in the area of infectious disease control through the use of modern disinfectants and critical care cleaning procedures. Over the years, he has worked with a number of high visibility organizations and government agencies, including the US Dept. of Homeland Security, FEMA, the US Military and others.

And even though he apologizes...he doesn't spare the gruesome details.
