You'll recall that Chef LeBlanc founded Mercy Chefs - which serves hot, delicious meals to first responders and victims of disasters in the US. In his first report, he was preparing to set up in Houston.
And in this current report - he remains in Texas BUT the Mercy Chefs are preparing to send another unit to Florida.
