Henry County residents in Georgia got quite the surprise when they saw a tiger wandering around their neighborhood. In fact, it was such a surprise when the called 911 the dispatcher didn't seem so sure.
"There’s a tiger in the front yard."
"There’s a what ma'am?"
"A tiger."
"You said there’s a tiger in the front yard?"
"A full-sized tiger. I don’t know if it’s a tiger or a lion, but It’s a full-sized creature. And me and my brother both just saw it."
It turns out the tiger named Suzy had escaped from a truck carrying the animal from Florida to Tennessee without anyone noticing, when the vehicle was stopped in Georgia overnight. Residents, however, were quick to notice Suzy wandering a residential area around 6am. Suzy was later shot after trying to attack someone's dog.
