Could a mold found in Texas corn benefit Iowa farmers?

It's called Fumonisim, it's a micro-toxin and it's showing up in the corn crop in Texas.  A fair amount of wet-milled product from Cargill in Eddyville and other plants ends up in Texas for feed so perhaps they may need more if their corn can't be fed.  ISU's Charley Hurburg explains here:
