(Des Moines, Iowa) Polk County Attorney John Sarcone has confirmed to WHO Radio News that a grand jury has decided not to indict three Des Moines Police officers, in a fatal shooting last summer.
July 5th, officers Brian Buck, Brandon Holtan, and Brady Pitt tried to pull over 29-year-old Tiffany Potter.
Court documents state Potter refused to stop, but then pulled into a drive-way, and started shooting at officers.
Officers returned fire, killing Potter, who's been in and out of jail several times this year, for drug and weapons charges.
