The state's best ribs

Are made by Jim Olsen of Marion.  At least that's the result from Sunday's cook-off championship Andy had the pleasure of judging.  The whole idea was to raise money for Camp Couragous, and Jim gives us the secret to his award-winning creating on today's Big Show here:

And this isn't just Andy's opinion, fellow judges included our own Doug Wagner, and KCRG's Kaj O'Mara and Britley Ritz.

Sure it looks and sounds like fun and games but judging was taken very seriously, look at Kaj and Britley's focus!  Of course with as good as Jim's ribs look and smell, is it even possible to look elsewhere?
