The mayor of Johnston, Paula Dierenfeld, joined us in the studio this morning to talk about Johnston's plan to build a downtown! The area is defined as generally east of Merle Hay Road between NW 62nd Avenue and NW 63rd Place. The plan provides a clear vision for a walkable, mixed-use town center with a small-town feel.
