Grassley's update on RFS and Bill Northey's confirmation status

Now that the President has tasked oil patch Senators who met with him last week to talk about the future Renewable Fuels Standard with finding a solution to that will help the financial situation of small refiners while satisfying RFS supporters at the same time.  Senator Charles Grassley telling The Big Show that, at best, is a small task:

Of course, Sen. Cruz placed that hold on Bill Northey's USDA nomination as leverage to get this meeting so now that it's happened has there been any movement to get Bill confirmed?
