(Des Moines, Iowa) Visitors to the Iowa Capitol Building have no doubt seen a display case of dolls, depicting past first-ladies of Iowa.
The display dates back to 1978, and was established by then-First Lady, Billie Ray.
For the first time, a doll in the image of the state's First Gentleman, Kevin Reynolds will soon go on display. An unveiling will be held at the display case south of the rotunda Wednesday afternoon.
