The Empire State Building in New York City will be lit up tonight in the colors of the University of Iowa and Boston College, in honor of Wednesday's New Era Pinstripe Bowl, which will take place in Yankee Stadium.
The Iowa Hawkeyes arrived in New York on Christmas Eve. They took a break from practice on Monday and toured the National September 11th Memorial and Museum, as well as the One World Observatory, 102 floors above New York City. Today (Tuesday) the team visited Wall Street, and rang the opening bell.
The game kicks off at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, pre-game on AM 1040 begins at 2:15 p.m.
