(DES MOINES COUNTY, IOWA) An Illinois man was killed in a crash in southeast Iowa's Des Moines County.
The Iowa State Patrol says 32-year-old Josiah Boyd of Raritan, Illinois was traveling southbound on Highway 99 Wednesday morning around 9:30, and crossed the center road, and hit a semi head-on, near Huron Road.
Both vehicles went into the ditch. The driver of semi, 27-year-old Nickolaus Kruger of Mount Pleasant was not injured.
