You'll recall how I talked about the impact of the GOP tax cut. In the immediate aftermath of its passage, some liberals took to the television talk shows with studies insisting that working people wouldn't see much (or any) benefit. But I told you that you can't "spin" tax reduction - either you see a benefit or you don't.
With that in mind, a Washington DC utility has announced it intends to lower utility bills due to the GOP tax cut. That's right, liberal DC residents will grudgingly pay lower utility bills due to Trumponomics.
The Daily Wire notes that this announcement keeps the good economic news rolling.
In January, the Dow Jones reached a record high, hitting 25,000 for the first time ever. In December, job creation exceeded expectations, with companies hiring some 250,000 new employees (60,000 above projections) while job-cuts fell to the lowest level since 1990.
I've never lost an election and have helped other candidates across the Midwest win, as well. I can tell you that the fundamentals of elections haven't changed - people vote their pocketbook. So the challenge for Democrats is to convince voters that they need a change of leadership in this country. And the only way to do that is to keep voters talking about ANYTHING but the economy.
