DES MOINES, IOWA - Stray bullets hit an apartment building in south Des Moines Monday morning. One of the bullets was found in a bedroom wall.
Des Police were called to the 5000 block of SW 9th Street, near McKinley, around 10:30 Monday morning after 911 callers say someone in one car was shooting at another car while driving on SW 9th.
One person in the victim car was hit, and is expected to survive.
Des Moines Police Sergeant Paul Parizek confirms more than one bullet hit the apartment building from the shooting.
