WEST BRANCH, IA - Three people were hurt when an ambulance hit ice and rolled on Interstate 80.
Cell phone video shows the ambulance upside down in a ditch near West Branch, in eastern Iowa Sunday afternoon, reports KCRG-TV Channel 9.
State troopers say the ambulance was taking a patient from Davenport to the University of Iowa Hospitals when they crashed. Besides the driver and patient, an attendant was also hurt.Another ambulance took all three to the hospital with minor injuries.
