Iowa's Attorney General says there were agents for the company involved in scamming people.

The U.S. Department of Justice announced that people who fell victim to certain types of scams through Western Union wire transfers can apply for refunds through a national refund process.
The D-O-J has launched a website where scam victims can apply for refunds following a $586 million settlement with the company.
