Iowa lawmaker arrested for OWI

(NEVADA, Iowa)  A state lawmaker was arrested for driving under the influence early this morning in Ames.   

Fifty-one-year-old Francis "Chip" Baltimore has been charged with OWI-First Offense and carrying a firearm while under the influence.   

Baltimore is a Boone Republican, serving his fourth term in office.  He chairs the House Judiciary Committee.
