DES MOINES, Iowa - A Des Moines teenager has been charged with 12 counts of possessing child pornography.
19-year-old Noah Notch was arrested as part of an Iowa Crimes Against Children Task Force operation.
"The information came to us through an existing task force that works behind the scenes." Des Moines Police Sergeant Paul Parizek tells WHO Channel 13.
He says without the help of the task force local police wouldn't have the resources to catch this sort of criminal.
Notch will be arraigned March 15th.
