A Dallas County judge has issued an order that Justin Ray's trial should be set within 90-days.

Sixteen-year-old Sabrina Ray died in May of last year at the family's home in Perry.   An autopsy states she weighed 56-pounds at the time of her death.

Justin Ray is charged with child endangerment-multiple counts, child endangerment-bodily injury, willful injury-causing serious injury, and willful injury-causing bodily injury.   He is one of several relatives facing charges in relation to Sabrina Ray's death.
