Funeral arrangements have been set for former Des Moines School Board member and two-time candidate for governor in Iowa, Jonathan Narcisse. Narcisse died of a heart attack Saturday at the age of 54.
A tribute and visitation will be from 2pm to 5pm at Henderson's Funeral Home in Des Moines Sunday. Funeral services will be Monday at 1pm at Union Baptist Church in Des Moines. Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery.
