DES MOINES, Iowa - A woman accused of driving drunk with her children in her SUV Sunday night, hitting and killing a pedestrian, is now also charged with giving police a false name.
Twenty-two-year old Oleaf Teoh of Des Moines is being held in the Polk County Jail on numerous charges, including vehicular homicide.
Police say she initially gave them another name, but fingerprints revealed her identity. Teoh is accused of hitting and killing 33 year old Matthew Otto of Des Moines, who was walking in the 28-hundred block of Urbandale Avenue just after 9:00 Sunday night. Teoh is accused of leaving the scene of the accident, also a crime.
Police say her two young children in the SUV at the time of the accident, one of them a three-day-old baby, the other a six-year-old.
