Officials with the West Branch Police Department say the West Branch Community School District cancelled class Wednesday after a threat was seen.
Neither the district nor the police will say where the threat was seen, but they did say it was a threat against both students and teachers and was seen "uncovered" at the school.
While police investigate the incident, classes at all West Branch schools will be closed Wedneday.
