Did you know that the Girl Scouts use two different bakeries to make their cookies...and they don't use the same recipe? So, there are some states where thin mints are totally different from the thin mints in other states. The same is true of many of their cookies. In Iowa, the western 2/3 of Iowa gets their cookies from one bakery and the eastern 1/3 of Iowa gets theirs from another bakery.
