COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa - U.S. Vice President Mike Pence came to Iowa Tuesday.

At an afternoon event in Council Bluffs, Pence talked about the strong economy.  He pointed out the unemployment rates in neighbor states Iowa and Nebraska, tied for the fourth lowest unemployment rates in America.

While the Republican Pence cheered the Trump Tax cuts in his speech, outside the event Democratic  protesters called for repeal of what their signs called the Trump / Pence tax scam.
