(CLEAR LAKE, Iowa) A Clear Lake, Iowa woman recorded and has shared video of Iowa State Trooper Justin Kane on Interstate 35, digging in knee-deep snow, to try and help a driver who had become stuck in very deep snow.
Mallory Lubbock, who's video has been shared nearly 900 times on social media, wrote that the Trooper worked hard shoveling in the cold, wind and snow for a half hour, before a tow-truck arrived. Turns out the woman inside the vehicle is seven months pregnant.
The Mason City-Clear Lake area received about 17-inches of snow last weekend.
Lubbock writes "THIS is what we should see on the news, but we don't. It's a shame. Give this guy the shares he deserves. #backtheblue Iowa State Patrol."
