(ADEL, Iowa) A 19-year old mother from Adel, who once pleaded not-guilty to child endangerment, is now pleading guilty.
Jasmine Teed is now pleading guilty to one count of child endangerment. She had originally been charged with two counts.Investigators say Teed's two-year-old twins were found wandering near a busy road in 43-degree weather, in November last year, while Teed slept inside her home.
Sentencing will be May 31st.
