DES MOINES, Iowa- A Des Moines man is accused of punching the mother of his eight-month-old infant, while she was holding the baby, and repeatedly punching the woman in the head and face, after she fell to the ground.
Police were called to the 300-block of East Grand late last night. Twenty-eight-year old Capray Canada left the scene but was arrested later. He's charged with domestic abuse causing bodily injury, child endangerment, and interference with official acts. He's in the Polk County Jail.
