Clive, Iowa Police investigating credit card theft

CLIVE, Iowa- Clive Police are looking for a man and woman, who used a credit card to buy $3,000 worth of pre-paid gift cards.

Police say the card, had been stolen from a purse, left in woman's car outside a local fitness club Monday morning.

Police say the female looks like a suspect, in other thefts and stolen credit cards.

Police are also reminding people not to leave valuables in unoccupied vehicles.    If you find yourself to be a victim, you should quickly report the incident to the local jurisdiction and immediately contact your financial institutions to close out bank and credit card accounts compromised by the theft.
