Variety – the Children’s Charity is proud to announce that it is one of eight finalists (and the only one in Iowa) for the fourth annual Gerry Rauenhorst Building Community Award. The award winner will receive a $65,000 grant from the Opus Foundation®.
Variety is seeking community support, encouraging all Iowans to #VoteVariety. Voting can be done here and is restricted to once per device now through May 4. Just three click, no registration needed.

The funds would be used to purchase equipment for the inclusive Variety Star Playground at Riverview Park in Des Moines. This will be Variety’s 3rd inclusive park and has some pretty amazing features (like zip lines)!
