Classic gamers rejoice!
Nintendo has confirmed that there is another wave of NES Classic Edition consoles hitting the market next month. The company put together a classic reboot in 2016 to worldwide acclaim and near immediate sell-outs at all locations. This time, they are trying to be more prepared but are only pricing the item at $59.99.
The console is much smaller than its direct ancestor and plugs directly into your TV using an HDMI cable. Once running, the console has 30 classic games already built in, sure to keep both new games and their nostalgic predecessors extremely pleased and busy for a long while.
Even if Nintendo thinks that these will be available for the rest of 2018, the best idea is to pounce on it fast to avoid having another lengthy wait if they fly off the shelves once again.
That's my plan, anyway.
