Wow...road rage in Philadelphia is apparently at another level. Sure, I've been angry when cut off at I-235 (and would be embarrassed to relate my thoughts) but this video apparently shows a guy chasing down another driver - and he happened to have a SLEDGEHAMMER in his vehicle.
Philadelphia police have released shocking footage of what they say is a road rage incident involving the aforementioned sledgehammer. The surveillance footage shows a driver exiting a pick-up truck and smashing another car's window as THAT driver cowers in terror then drives away.
