4 Month old taken from Waterloo found safe

UPDATE: Police report the baby has been located, safe.  Waterloo Police say he was with his mother, but don't offer more details.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 4 month old baby boy who was abducted Tuesday morning from Waterloo.

Police are looking for a gray 2017 Nissan Sentra with an Oregon license plate 067-JYL.

Authorities suspect the person who took the child is headed to Texas.

The baby is Rashaun Graves and is wearing only a diaper.

His reported abductor is 28 year old Sarah Nagy Brown.

She's 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs about 150 pounds with reddish-blonde hair.

Police say she's wearing a blue sports bra and black pants.

Authorities remind you not to try to stop the vehicle, as the abductor may be armed.  Call 9-1-1.
