DES MOINES, Iowa- A Des Moines man has been arrested in Arizona, in connection with a murder investigation. Alf Freddie Clark was arrested by U-S Marshalls Service on a Material Witness warrant in Tuscon June 8th. Police say a First Degree Murder warrant was issued today (Monday) for Clark. Extradition planning to return Clark to Des Moines is in progress.
The 63-year-old Clark is a suspect in the death of 36-year-old Tacono Conner of Des Moines in December of 2015.
Tacono Conner was found in a common-area hallway, in the 5201 South Union, dead of a gunshot wound. Thirty-seven-year-old Amy Stolki was also shot, but survived.
