Iranian Brigadier General Gholam Reza Jalali accused Israel and another country he is not naming, of stealing their clouds, rain and even snow! There's a nasty drought going on in Iran and he says it's all due to foul play. He claims Israel is working to ensure clouds entering Iranian skies are unable to release rain!
