There were 9 picketers at the Krause Center, under construction in downtown Des Moines, Tuesday morning, covering three of the corners along Grand Ave.
They are members of the Sheet Metal Workers union and no construction activity was underway at the time.
The men photographed preferred to be anonymous and said they have approximately 400 members striking on multiple job sites.
