One thing that’s really been fun about 31 years of doing Van and Bonnie every morning has been all the tremendously exceptional people I’ve had a chance to meet. We get to talk to Kelly Foss of the downtown Farmers Market quite a bit. I remember meeting her many years ago when she was organizing the Skywalk Golf Tournament. Now she’s turned the Market into one of the best in the country. Occasionally when she come on our show she’ll bring one of the market vendors with her. One day she brought in Sarah Underberg. She and her husband have a company called “Agri-cultured.” They make and sell Kombucha and other fermented products that seem to be all the rage right now and are sweeping the country.
Well, she impressed me. Her personality is as bubbly as her Kombucha, so I asked her if she would fill in for Bonnie and she did today. We had lots of fun and we all learned a lot! Thanks Sarah!! And thanks Kelly for introducing me to her.
