DES MOINES, Iowa- Grand View Christian School in Des Moines is expanding to a second campus. Pre-K thru 8th graders will continue to meet at the current location at 2905 NE 46th Avenue.
Grand View High School students will be at the new building at 1701 East 33rd Street. The high school students will move to the new location for the 2018-2019 school year, beginning August 23rd.
School officials say last year's enrollment at Grand View Christian reached 409, too many for the current location. Grand View is predicting enrollment will be around 450-this year.
The Grand View Christian School Foundation bought the facility and land from Grandview Park Baptist Church. The purchase was finalized August 8, 2018.
