A report by USA Today puts Iowa in the top-10 of states with the worst infrastructure.
Despite spending an average of almost 7-hundred dollars, per driver - 12th highest amount in the country - the report has about 9 percent of our roads in poor condition and over 20 percent of our bridges classified as deficient.
The second highest in the nation for bad bridges.
Overall, we're ranked 9th out of the 50 states, with Florida having the best and Rhode Island, the worst.
