Vandals splatter Iowa Congressman's office doors

DUBUQUE, Iowa-  The doors to Republican U.S. Representative Rod Blum's Dubuque office were splattered with paint overnight.   Dubuque Police say surveillance footage shows an individual walking up to the office, with what appears to be a gallon of paint.  Police says the person is then seen opening the can and tossing what appears to be white paint on the doors of the office, at 1050 Main Street.
