A friend of Van's sent him the audio from her basement in her home...it's children giggling. At first it was only coming from one place, but when they tried to check out a pipe where they thought it was coming from, the giggling moved! We initially thought a child had put her giggling doll down the vent, but once the sound moved to the other side of the home, that went out the window.
