DES MOINES, Iowa- College Savings Iowa is marking its 20th anniversary this month and next. To celebrate, they're giving away some "starter" accounts, some worth $5,000, others worth 529-dollars.
College Savings Iowa has $5 billion dollars in assets, in over 250-thousand accounts.
The Iowa Treasurer's Office says the average account size is 20-thousand dollars.
