CAMP DODGE, Johnston- The Iowa Department of Public Safety has shared this photo of these 41st Basic Academy Class, which did a special work-out today (Tuesday) in honor of those who died on September 11th, 2001.
Each recruit climbed five flights of stairs, wearing a 20-pounds bunker vest at the rappel tower, 22 times each way, for a total of 110 flights of stairs, which represents the 110 floors of the World Trade Center Towers.
