DES MOINES, Iowa- Dean Avenue, between East 30th Street and East 34th Streets is blocked off, as MidAmerican Energy crews fix a ruptured gas line. This area is just south of the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
Des Moines Police say construction crews working in the 3100 block of Dean Avenue severed a natural gas line this morning and Repairs will take several hours to complete.
