Getting the food ready for harvest

Kind of a big thud when it comes the build-up for the start of harvest and then mother nature's lack of cooperation this week, but it did allow for a little more preparation.  It's a marathon of long days with little down time, so having some meals made ahead always helps:

Andy decided to do some pulled pork and some pork loin on the smoker for his Dad and harvest help:

The loins ended up taking about 3 hours:

The pork shoulders taking about 8 hours, then rested for about 3:

It warms up easy or can be eaten cold for a quick snack:
