DES MOINES, Iowa- Des Moines Police say a man, found dead after a shooting on Des Moines' east side Sunday afternoon, has been identified as 28-year-old Aaron John Ross of Des Moines.
Police say Ross was in a parked car in the 12-hundred block of E. 13th Street, when the shooting occurred, along with a 25 year woman and two children, both under the age of 10. Neither the woman nor the children were injured.
Des Moines Police Department detectives are talking to witnesses, looking at evidence and investigating leads.
