Thousands of people braved the weather for a chance to see President Trump in Council Bluffs Tuesday.
The President's in western Iowa to make the formal announcement that his administration is officially allowing the E-15 blend of ethanol to be sold year-round in the United States.
He's also campaigning for Republican incumbent congressmen Steve King and David Young.
