DES MOINES, Iowa- Des Moines Police have made an arrest in a man's murder earlier this month.
Thirty-one-year-old Cornelius Davis of Des Moines has been charged with First Degree Murder, in the death of 42-year-old Thurmon Tervale Cole of Des Moines.
Police say Cole was shot October 4th, at 2411 of Welbeck Road, and died at Mercy Medical Center.
Davis has also been charged with robbery and willful injury.
